Have you ever..

found yourself so caught up by life that you started to let things slip, and the more things that slipped the more you wanted to ignore them because it seemed like such hard work to put it back to where it should be and you're too tired/distracted at the moment to deal with the hassle?

If that run-on sentence just made any sense to you what-so-ever, we are surely soul sisters.

With that said.. hi.  I'm Casey.  Remember me?  I sort of own this blog and therefore (read: beause I have to) take full responsibility for the weeds that have overtaken this place.  A million times, i'm sorry. I will say this, though- on a weekly basis I have my friends mentioning to me how I need to "update!" and yet, no one leave a comment!  What's up with that? I blame my lack of updating motivation on you people. =) Seriously though, I HAVE been busy though!  In the last month..

- I've been to Atlanta and San Francisco (twice, actually). 

- I've also read the latest and final book in the Twilight series (I HEART EDWARD). 

- I've also been creating like mad- so much so that i've developed tendonitis. ha! If only I were kidding.  Good thing it's in my left hand (i'm right-handed) so I'm still feverishly teaching and creating away. So much so that i've lost a bit of my voice for the past two weeks! In other news, my husband has never been happier.  I kid. ;)   

- I have a few kits up in my etsy shop with a TON more to be uploaded within the next week (as well as regularly from now on)!  I'm going to offer free shipping to U.S. citizens.  Right now I have shipping for outside of the country set to $15.  Honestly, i'm just guestimating.  If I find out that I can get shipping at a cheaper rate, I'm all for it.

- I finished the summer semester at school and begin the fall semester in exactly one week! 

- I've made SO MANY NEW, COOL, EXCITING friends! Dawn, Missy, Ghia, Nicole.. oh my gosh, you don't even KNOW how much more you've made me love scrapbooking.  Thanks for helping to keep me sane. =)

I am totally with Erin - I fully understand the first sentence...ugh it's just the hassle of it all, right? But once you did it you wonder "why didn't I do it before?"

Yup, I too read Breaking Dawn...but I ma disappointed. Whilst good{ish} I think it's the weakest book of the lot.

So sorry I've been out of touch - haven't meant to ignore you! We've been traveling like mad -- New York, Orlando, and now we're in Boston.... missed you in town but would love to see you. After school starts next week we'll have to stick around town!
